How does AI + Automation + Human Engineers actually work?
Automation handles provisioning, deploys and regression checks. AI agents scaffold code, translate languages, refactor and run an early review pass. A senior human engineer owns architecture decisions, reviews every release, and signs off before it reaches you. The customer-facing deliverable is always human-verified — AI accelerates the work, it never replaces the sign-off.
How fast do you actually deliver?
Installation, customization and app submissions ship in 1–3 working days once requirements are complete. The countdown timer on your project page pauses automatically if we are waiting on missing requirements from your side, and resumes the moment you complete them.
Do you only work on CodeCanyon scripts?
No — that is where we built the pipeline. Today we install, customize and ship any script or codebase: CodeCanyon Flutter / Laravel / React families, WordPress, Magento, Shopify themes, Next.js / Node apps, or your own private repo. If it can be installed, we can ship it. Hire Us for anything outside the catalog.
Do I need to own the CodeCanyon licence myself?
Yes. For any CodeCanyon script — 6ammart, StackFood, 6Valley, eFood, Demandium and the rest — you buy and hold the Envato licence in your own name. AllsWeb provides the installation, configuration, customization and support around that script; we do not sell or share script licences. Once the licence is yours, we handle everything else.
Do I need my own hosting and developer accounts?
Hosting / VPS: yes, you provide it (or we configure a fresh Ubuntu LTS VPS if you give us root SSH). Google Play and Apple Developer accounts: ideally yours, but we can publish to our verified Google Play account first and transfer the listing later. Apple Developer rental is $50/year if you use ours.
What is included in lifetime support?
Free, no-time-limit support for anything we installed or customized — bug fixes, small tweaks, environment troubleshooting, and help re-deploying after server moves. Replies are best-effort. If you want a personal engineer assigned and proactive log / health monitoring, that is a separate paid maintenance plan.
How does the update service work for a new upstream version?
We re-run the install pipeline on the new version, preserve your existing config and data, and re-test. The update is priced at half of the original installation fee — for example, a $180 installation updates for $90. Play Store app update is $10 per app, Apple Store $15 per app. Customization changes are quoted separately.
Will my Package ID / Bundle ID be permanent?
Yes — once we sign and publish your Android / iOS apps with a Package ID and Bundle ID, those values are locked. Changing them later means rebuilding the project from scratch and creating new store listings. We confirm both IDs with you in writing before the first build.
What happens if I find a bug after delivery?
Tell us via the project page or WhatsApp and we fix it under lifetime support — no charge for anything we shipped. If an upstream change broke something later, the fix is part of the update service. Bugs from third-party modifications we did not make are scoped as a customization.
